Jockey Julep
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Distillery Expressions Bourbon
- .25 oz Stirrings Simple Syrup
- 1-3 lime slices
- ice
- mint leaves
Preparation:
In a mule mug or rocks glass, lightly muddle the mint leaves in the simple syrup. Add the bourbon then pack the glass tightly with crushed ice. Top with more crushed ice and garnish with mint leaves and lime slices.
